We have studied under various frameworks including Scaling Up, EOS, and OKRs. We have incorporated strategies under StratOp, Blue Ocean, and Five Forces. After years of working with different systems and various companies, what we have learned the most is that the most important thing we can do is teach to the client, not the system. Being agnostic in this approach has the highest value and allows us to tailor based on your unique needs to help you get exactly what you want out of your business.
